14 Feb SNIS Support Staff Appreciation Day

Sharanya Narayani International School, one of the best international schools in Bangalore, celebrated Support Staff Appreciation Day on October 21st, 2022. This fun-filled activity event was organized by the grade 11 students of SNIS. The purpose of the event was to express gratitude towards the support staff, by considering the fact that even a little bit of recognition can make a big impact on employee motivation as it increases morale and improves engagement. As one of the top IB schools in Bangalore, SNIS believes that without these dedicated individuals, our school would not be able to function as smoothly as it functions now. This day served as a reminder to get to know the support staff and to understand the crucial role they play in this top residential school in Bangalore. Without them, our school would not be warm, welcoming and have the inclusive environment that it is today.
At SNIS, which is one of the best boarding schools in Bangalore, we believe in creating a positive and supportive environment for all members of our community, and we are committed to making Support Staff Appreciation Day an annual event. We hope that this day serves as a reminder to all of us of the invaluable contributions of our support staff and to show our gratitude every day.
