At SNIS we have a General Science Lab and specialized labs for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
The General Science Lab is used by our primary and middle school students while the specialized labs are used by our high school and IB DP students. The science labs at SNIS help students explore the world of Science in a practical and comprehensive way. They assist the learner to apply scientific concepts in the real world through exploration, observation and discovery.
Equipped with latest and best science lab instruments and equipment, these labs give hands-on experience to learners leading to conceptual understanding and scientific approach. Science involves seeing, handling, understanding and manipulating of real objects and materials, and the Science Labs play an important role in developing scientific learning amongst students and in cultivating deeper and profound interest in the field.
