JOB OPENINGS 2024-25

We are always looking for teachers who are passionate, committed and are team players who will actively contribute to the development of our school community. Our teachers will be in charge of not only their teaching schedule but will also be expected to fully participate in our school’s extra – curricular program. SNIS has a diverse student population who come from different parts of the country and abroad. We have an excellent team of support staff who work in tandem with the teaching staff to ensure that each child at SNIS receives the attention, support and care they deserve.

IB PYP Homeroom Teacher

Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate with B.Ed. or Diploma in Education

Experience: Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead/Homeroom teacher. Should have excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.

 

PYP French Facilitator

Qualification: Preferably M.A (French)

Experience: Qualified teachers should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching French in the PYP/MYP curriculum.

IBDP/IBMYP Spanish Facilitator

Qualification: Preferably M.A (Spanish)

Experience: Qualified teachers should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Spanish in the IGCSE/IB MYP/IBDP curriculum. 1 to 2 years of experience in guiding students through MYP e-assessments is preferred.

IBDP/IBMYP English Facilitator

Qualification: M.A. (English), preferably with B.Ed./ TESOL qualified.

Experience: Qualified teachers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching IBMYP/IBDP are required. 1 to 2 years of experience in guiding students through MYP e-assessments is preferred.

IBMYP Individuals & Society Facilitator

Qualification:M.A. (History/ Economics) with B.Ed.

Experience: Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching IB MYP curriculum. 1 to 2 years of experience in guiding students through MYP e-assessments is preferred.

IBMYP Biology Facilitator

Qualification: M.Sc. (Biology) with B.Ed.

Experience: Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching IB MYP curriculum. 1 to 2 years of experience in guiding students through MYP e-assessments is preferred.

Sports Teacher (Football)

Qualification: Master’s in Physical Education

Experience: Should have a minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field. Experience in teaching IBMYP/IBDP will be an added advantage

Associate Teacher

Qualification: Post Graduate / Graduate with B.Ed. or Diploma in Education.

Experience: Should have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. Should have excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching

IBDP French Facilitator

Qualification: Preferably M.A (French)

Experience:Qualified teachers should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching French in the IBDP curriculum.

IBDP/IBMYP Physics Facilitator

Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics), preferably with B.Ed.

Experience:Qualified teachers with a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching IBMYP/IBDP are required.

Special Education Teacher

Qualification: Master’s degree in Special Education

Experience: Should be able to handle learning diversity needs of children. Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching children with a learning difficulty.

Experience in teaching ESL will be an added advantage

Dorm Parent (Girls & Boys Hostel)

Qualification: Graduate

Experience:To assist with the general supervision of Boarding students. Should have a minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Dorm Parent

Baker

Experience: Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Baking. The duties and responsibilities of a baker include preparing and making baked goods, such as cookies, brownies, muffins, puffs, bread, tortillas, and cakes.  Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques will be an added advantage
